News Flash: April 1999: FDA approves INtacs, the first non-laser method designed specifically for correcting low levels of nearsightedness

First conceived in the 1970's, INtacs are the product of years of research and development to provide a safe, effective and removable method of vision correction.  At Vista Alliance, our surgeon, Dr. Barrie Soloway was one of the first surgeons able to provide this non-laser alternative for vision correction.
